Dreadful dealings with Brentsouth Trading Ltd 169 Brent Rd Southall. Took car for engine reconditioning, escalated price after taking car to bits. Car eventually returned with parts in boot after a lot of hassle and running up costs of £740 for work/storage/transportation. Company refused all card pyments had to pay to get car back with bankers draft. Parts bagged up on back seat and boot, leaking oil everywhere. No gearbox and wrong engine block. Car un-repairable. Now taking company and director jointly and severally to county court dont hold out much hope of getting money back. Curse the day I sent my lovely car there!

My husband has been trying to get our car back. We drove down with a recovery vehicle without success. Stonewalling, lies . . . what can be done to take down the websites operated by these dishonest traders? Our case is recent and they must be getting new business every day. They have altered web information to say that costs can escalate – this information was not there when they quoted on our car. Any suggestions appreciated.
