My letter to the MP of Southall – Virendra Sharma

I have sent a letter to the local MP of Southall and wanted to share this with those who want to take action. I encourage you to do the same, please see my previous post: A possible solution to taking action

Below is the letter to the MP Virendra Sharma for the people and myself:

——————————————————————————————————————–

Hi there,

I’m writing to you to bring to your attention and in order to seek your help as the MP within the Southall council the criminal activities taking place under the premises of 169 Brent Road, Southall Middlesex UB2 5LE.

The business is supposedly a ‘Reconditoned Engines’ specialists. They operate under the names of MPH Engineering Ltd, Engine Warehouse Ltd, Heathrow Engine Ltd, Engine Center Ltd and probably many other names, which they switch  between from time to time in order to con honest hard working people of their monies. Probably over 100,000 people and myself have been conned by these men over the past 25 years, yet, they are still operating as a commercial business.

People find them via the internet when they type in ‘Reconditoned Engines’, the people are then prompted to fill in the online form with details of the problems with your car. The hoax company then contacts you and gives you a quote which is usually lower than the going market, once they have your car in their garage, they then call back doubling the price of the original quote and demand payment from the car owner upfront. If they refuse to pay, they then don’t give the car back to the owner and state that they have done works on the car that the owner must pay for. People end up paying 1000’s of pound for their car that hasn’t been fixed, ripped apart and end up ometimes worse off then before. They have been known to switch your engine for another car engine.

There has been a long discussion on moneysupermarket.com complaining about their experience with these people.

I have started a blog: www.mphengineering.wordpress.com, where many people have contacted me and 1,587 people have visited, sharing their stories, stating they have been through the same horrible experience as I have. The purpose of the blog is to give these people as much information as possible to help their situation. I’ve spoken to many people about the situation, and the law never seems to be on our side, the police cannot do anything either as it always ends up being a civil matter. How are customers protected from such companies as these? They have been taken to court many times, some reclaim their money back, but the majority don’t, because these men lie in court and when people win the court case, they then file their company for liquidation and withdraw all monies owed to these people.

They have been on Watch Dog and the newspaper for their operations and have been taken to court for providing a service that they are not capable of.

I am now contacting you as the last resort. Can you shut these people down forever? Please visit my blog for evidence of other peoples experience: www.mphengineering.wordpress.com

I would really appreciate your help and I’m sure many others would too. Please prevent these men from doing this to other hard-working people out there.

I look forward to hearing your response.

Kindest regards,

PT

Reconditioned Engines – HOAX SITE

http://www.reconditioned-engines.co.uk/ – this is a hoax site – if you type in ‘Reconditioned Engines’ into google, it comes up as the top post.

DO NOT USE this site – this is how MPH Engineering  / Engine Warehouse / Engine Center operates – pulling in potential victims through this URL.

The company currently trades under the following websites:
www.subaru-engines.co.uk
www.reconditioned-engines.co.uk

www.saabengines.co.uk
www.remanufactured-engines.co.uk
www.secondhand-engines.co.uk
www.jaguarengines.co.uk

www.rangeroverengines.co.uk
www.mercedesengines.co.uk

http://engine-warehouse.co.uk
www.mphengineering.co.uk

I’ve started a new blog to try beat them – http://reconditionedengines.wordpress.com/

A possible solution to taking action

I’ve spoken to many people about this situation with MPH Engineering and Engine Warehouse centre – the law is not on our side!

I’ve just had a particular case submitted to me which has been the worse case I’ve heard yet which resulted in the victim paying court fees for taking Engine Warehouse, because he ‘apparently’ took the wrong company to court instead of MPH Engineering; when they’re both the same thing.

So, the problem has been going around in my head since last year and the only way there’s a possible end to these people and their activities is to write into the local MP of Ealing, Southall ‘Virendra Sharma’ in the Labour party.

By law any letter written to an MP must be answered. Now usually (because people don’t tend to write letters anymore) after 1 letter they get twitchy, after 5/6 they start to think they have a situation on their hands and over 10 and there’s a revolution taking place in their back yard. That’s because they know for every letter they get represents another 10 similar cases that have stayed quiet and not written in. If all of us here write to Virendra Sharma then the council will have to address us and take action.

for more info and guidelines please please read:

http://wiki.openrightsgroup.org/wiki/Letter_writing

There are details on there on how to contact your local MP.

If you do intend to write a letter, please let us know on this website so we can track numbers and rally together. We are going to beat these fraudsters. We will take them to court !!

MPH engineering are running a scam, stealing our money and cars. Lets take them to court !

This is a record of all the customers who have been ripped off by MPH engineering and Kevin Harris who operate under the guises of Heathrow Engines, Engine Warehouse, Engine Centre.
Our car has been taken to pieces, we’ve paid thousands of pounds and now they won’t put it back together or give it back !
They keep changing company names and annulling their assets – and keeping our money !
Lets get together and put these crooks out of business and into jail !
Some of us have come from MoneySupermarket.com – unfortunately moneysupermarket would not let us publish the names of the directors, their addresses or even post our own names and contact addresses so we have now set up this blog to coordinate a team effort to take MPH crooks to court !
