We had our BMW in MPH they told us it would take 12 day to repair,it took 10 weeks and the cost double we where quoted £1200 and it cost us £2300.In this time they lie to us they told me it was ready 3 times, they would never call back it took me 4 days to get some one to speak to me,the staff at the end of the phone kept changing there names. With all this going on it was costing me £115 a week in car hire. This has had along term affect on which me and my wife have still not recovered from .When I went to collect the car it was not running very well, i then ended up leaving without it to not hear again for 4 days so i went down to collect my car with my father to find they had not touched it,they said it was just settling in so with no choice i took it home, it ran very badly with engine warning lights flashing at one point. The car ran for a day then breaking down leaving my wife stranded with my children having to walk a long way home .I called MPH they told me they wanted £80 to collect ,but we had no money left .I said if i could get it there how long would it take they told me as long as it has to.To cut a long story short i had to sell the car for over £2000 pounds less than it was worth as a non runner to buy another cheep car to get us about. This car was a nice low mileage car with full history that i paid good money £2300 to get it repaired, plus car hire, plus the loss of about £2000 or more on selling the car, plus the interest i have had to pay on my credit card and my overdraft ,that i have now to cover my costs of paying all this back. These people were intimidating they did not care it was all about the money, this has caused a lot of stress to me and my wife that we are still dealing with. These people should never be able to run a company again and any money they have made should be given back to the people they have robbed.
